The Altenmarkt skiing region is only 5 minutes by car from our farm, and you can also use the ski taxi, which you must book the day before the trip.

Away from groomed slopes, it’s so exhilarating for freeriders to make the first tracks in deep snow. The Zauchensee/Flachauwinkl freeride area will give you this feeling of freedom, and you can select your own route between clumps of trees and ridges. The freeride tours are well marked and guaranteed to challenge the skills of every freerider in Zauchensee or Flachauwinkl.

Freestyle Flachauwinkl/Kleinarl

We also extend a warm welcome to freestylers, and this is especially true at the Absolut Park in Flachauwinkl/Kleinarl. At 1.5 km long, it is one of the largest terrain parks in Europe and now well established in the skiing world! The park is ingeniously shaped, with different sections for hard runs and smooth lines.
